    1. Orders placed through this website for process service, document services, subpoenas, document preparation or investigative services are firm orders. They cannot be cancelled once work has begun, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
    2. The fee for each assignment covers one person or business at one address. Additional addresses and additional people at the same address are charged separately.
    3. Court, filing, government and other third-party fees required to complete the assignment are passed on to you as they are incurred.
    4. All credit card transactions carry an additional four percent (4%) fee to cover card processing costs.
    5. Fees are earned whether or not the documents are successfully served. There is no guarantee of a particular outcome. All sales are final and non-refundable.
    6. The accuracy of the information you provide directly affects the result. Reports and information we provide are confidential and for your exclusive use.
